3 snacks under 200 Calories!

1.  I wanted to put a Greek yogurt parfait here, but one of my last blogs gave you 5 different protein parfaits, so I switched it up to this:

NONFAT COTTAGE CHEESE WITH FRUIT

Ingredients:

1/2 cup nonfat cottage cheese (80 calories, 0g fat, 8g carbs, 12g protein)

1/2 cup mango (53 calories, 0g fat, 14g carbs, 0.5g protein)

1/2 cup pineapple (42 calories, 0g fat, 10g carbs, 0.5g protein)

2 teaspoons shredded coconut (22 calories, 2g fat, 1g carbs, 0g protein)

TOTAL: 197 Calories, 2g fat, 33g carbs, 13g protein


2.  The last one wasn't dairy-free, so here's one that is dairy-free as well as gluten-free and soy-free:

VEGGIES AND HUMMUS

Ingredients:

2T hummus (73 calories, 4g fat, 4g carbs, 3g protein)

1 hard boiled egg and 2 hard boiled egg whites (102 calories, 4.5g fat, 1g carbs, 14g protein)

4 stalks celery (16 calories, 0g fat, 4g carbs, 0g protein)

TOTAL: 191 Calories, 8.5g fat, 9g carbs, 17g protein


3.  I saved the best for last:

SMOKED SALMON WITH GLUTEN-FREE TOAST

Ingredients:

2oz smoked salmon (66 calories, 2.5g fat, 0g carbs, 11g protein)

1T light cream cheese (28 calories, 2g fat, 1g carbs, 1.5g protein)

1 slice gluten-free toast (90 calories, 2.25g fat, 13.5g carbs, 2g protein)

1/4 cucumber, sliced (12 calories, 0g fat, 3g carbs, 0g protein)

1 tomato slice (4 calories, 0g fat, 1g carbs, 0g protein)

capers (0 calories, 0g fat, 0g carbs, 0g protein)

(optional) red onion slices

TOTAL: 200 Calories, 6.75g fat, 18.5g carbs, 14.5g protein
