5 Protein Parfaits in less than 5 minutes!

Mar 07, 2014

If you love yogurt, you'll love these Protein Parfaits that I've come up with.

We use nonfat Greek yogurt for two reasons.  We get our fat from the nuts and seeds that we add to the yogurt, and Greek yogurt is loaded with protein: one cup has 23 grams of protein and only 9 grams of carbs.

Preparation is simple: just add the ingredients to the yogurt in any way that you like.  (TIP: after washing the fresh fruit, make sure it is dry before adding it to the yogurt; you don't want any added water in these parfaits.)
