This week I address a common mistake I see often with a common weight training exercise. Remember, when you focus on your form you are less likely to injure yourself and more likely to get the largest benefit of each exercise. You know how wind slowly erodes a cliff-face over long periods of time? Bad form can erode your joints in the same way. Very slowly, without you realizing it, until one day you wake up and realize you have some weird pain. F.O.F.F. – Focus on Form Fool!
