I'm excited to share with you a new weekly special I put together. It's called the 'Weekly Workout' and you can watch episode one right here:



In this new series, I'll be sharing with you insider tips I've learned from 15,000 hours of training experience. In these videos I'll share with you what took me from amateur to professional athlete, fitness model, and Ironman competitor. The episodes are short, sweet and right to the point.

As a bonus, in this first episode I share with you one nutrition tip that might make all the difference in the world in getting the body that you want.
