Understanding and Implementing

Aug 01, 2013

I'm sitting in my car waiting for a client and I'm thinking about people and what they want to achieve with their body and how they want to feel and look. And it occurred to me there's two things here at stake.

  1. You have to understand what you have to do.
  2. You have to implement what you have to do.

If your problem is the implementation part like a lot of us, that's an easy one to fix. You just have to find what works for you and what works for your schedule and budget. We're talking about 2 things: exercise and eating. You just have to find a schedule of exercise and eating that fits your lifestyle and works for you. That's easy. We can always find a way to implement something. It's not going to be the same for everybody. Some people are going to exercise more than others, some people are gonna eat more strictly than others. But, everyone can find that balance between exercise and eating that gets them the body, health, and life that they want. It's just gonna take a tweak here and there to your daily schedule where you can get in a pattern that fits your lifestyle and BOOM! Done! You will have the life, health, and body that you want.

The real problem is if you don't understand what you have to do, because it's a lot harder to change the way you think than it is to change a little bit of your schedule or lifestyle around.

So, if you don't have the body, life, or health that you want, I want to know:

Do you understand what you have to do?

If not, then you have to change the way you think about things. You have to change your mindset.

To recap: if you don't have the body or life that you want, then you either have an implementation problem or an understanding problem. And the good news? I can help!
